Even with a delay in our flight, as soon as exited the airport everything was very easy - the driver was great, the van was clean, and the air conditioning was cold :-)!!
Each outing, the driver was prompt (even early) and extremely helpful and kind.
I wanted to let you know - in particular, the guide at Tulum was exceptional. My parents had been to Tulum previously but by far, this visit was much more informative. And, also, the small touches, like cold towels in the van after the Tulum trip, are all the little things that make a vacation a truly relaxing week for everyone.
